Refund and Returns Policy

At Suanni Vape, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product safety.
Due to the consumable nature of vaping products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. General Policy

  • All sales of vaping products, including disposables, pods, e-liquids, and coils, are final once the order has been processed.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.

  • Returns are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • For defective or incorrect products, clear photos or videos showing the issue are required.

If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used vape products (including disposables and pods)

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • E-liquids (once shipped, even if unopened)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

  • Products not purchased directly from suannivape.com

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the damage or malfunction.

After verification:

  • We may issue a replacement of the same item (if available), or

  • A refund to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for claims submitted after the 7-day period or without sufficient proof.

5. Shipping Returns

Once your return is approved:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the return address.

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
    We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

6. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us first at support@suannivape.com.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
1️⃣ Check your bank account again.
2️⃣ Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
3️⃣ If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@suannivape.com for assistance.

Important Notice:

Due to Health Canada regulations, we cannot restock or resell returned vaping products.
For this reason, all vape sales are treated as final unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.
