At Suanni Vape, we strive to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your purchases, what to expect in delivery times, and what to do in case of lost or damaged parcels.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may take longer.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within Canada only.

  • Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Toronto, Ontario.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Purolator

  • FedEx (for select regions)

Shipping method is automatically selected based on destination, product type, and delivery speed.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
    These promotions will be clearly indicated on our website.

  • All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or public holidays.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within 15 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the packaging and product for assessment.

  • We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Age Verification on Delivery

As per Canadian law, age verification may be required upon delivery.
You must present valid government-issued photo ID to confirm you are 19 years of age or older (or the legal age in your province).
Orders refused due to failed age verification will not be refunded.

9. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address,

  • Refusal to accept delivery, or

  • Failure to collect the package,
    the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping fees or return costs. Shipping fees are not refundable.
